DC actually had a public vote on jason, whether they wanted him to live or die. no one liked his character. he got voted to die and they shouldve left it that way. DC is hard up to sell issues when they bring characters back from the dead. , bruces so called death is a loop hole from the omega beams. the death that is life.

Sure what happened was Barbara Gorden was Batgirl you know that right:) ok well in the comics Joker Appeared at the doorway of Barbara's house she did not know who it was and bang Joker shot her Barbara become paralized so she felt she was not helping the team and could not just sit around not do any thing. With her creativity in books knowlege and the Computer Barbara was able to help batman and Nightwing in fighting crime and named her self Oracle I still dont know what the cause was:(
I think the cause was Barbara knew a cry for help was coming. It was a girl called Helena who became the Huntress. After wards Joker hired a man to kill Selina Kyle who was Catwoman while that man was doing that Joker headed to Barbara's house, Barbara thought it was Helena but instead she faced death face to face:( but lives on without walking and never giving up!

She took the name Oracle because, in her dreams one night, the Oracle of Delphi visited her.
but as the oracle the writers has brought some other great sides up in Barbara... she is in many been recognized as one of the most intelligent superheroes, which wouldn't have happened if she hadn't become the oracle...
I dont care for that, Barbara was awesome as Batgril she still would have been intelligent as she is now Joker robbed her made things worce for her if I had a friend that I loved so much and someone crippled her you think I would be happy no way! Batgirl is my fave charater I know she's not real but she is the only one that makes me think and I think that story line was not a good one they should have kept batgirl going!
had she been a real person, then yes, she would have been just as smart, but she's not and the writers wouldn't have let her evolve into what she is today... and there had to be some development in her character or people would loose interest (probably even you...)

It depends on which story/adaptation one follows (cartoons, films, and comics included). But, universally speaking, both Dick/Babs and Bruce/Babs are canon.

I recommend reading any of the Nightwing comics when Chuck Dixon was writing them. There are a lot of Dick/Babs hints in there.
I also recommend Birds of Prey when Gail Simone was the writer. Also lots of hints between those two.

1-Dick Grayson who became nightwing and now batman
2-Jason Todd who was killed by joker then brought back to life and now is a bad guy.
3-Tim Drake who is now red robin
4- Stephine brown AKA spoiler who became robin when Tim quit for a while. might be the new batgirl.
5- Daimon Wayne the currant robin

First on (Dick Greyson) Became Nightwing, Second (Jason something) was killed, third (The very awesome Todd also-forget-his-last-name) became Red Robin and was in the animated series, fourth was one of the batgirls who became robin only in the comics, and the fifth was Damian Wayne, Bruce Waynes son

its just gray and blue batgirl was early on the BAS when barbaba stared out as batgirl and later on i guess the producers change her colors to a more darker shade like they did with everyone on the show.

Well, they still haven't gotten married, but awhile ago, Dick did propose to her, right before Infinite Crisis. After, Babs gave him back the ring and told him that he needed to find himself first. But they can't run from destiny forever.

Tim Drake was the one who turned into the kid Joker. He took over as Robin when Dick left and became Nightwing. So Tim is the kid, Dick is the adult.

different robins I believe. the older robin is dick grayson, the first robin, who becomes nightwing eventually. The one whom joker catches is tim drake.

And after Babs were disabled by the Joker she turned Oracle and she with Alfred coached "Birds of Prey" a superhero-mutant girl team with Black Canary, Huntress and a blonde with telekinesis. Huntress was Catwoman's and Batman's daughter. Oracle turned on Wayne's Manager and Bat's online asistant.

I realy like this nice video I wish Batgirl could still keep fight I miss her cause she's now paralized thanks to that loser Joker damn him oh well but I think they should Keep Batgirl going she is the best there is no doubt there was not any one that could take her accept batman other then him she is second over all I mean come on we all know Batgirl can beat Robin or Nightwing any day! I would not call that defeat Mrs Gordon did not expect that, he did not beat her what he did is just make her life and bruce's miserable still Barbara recovered and as one dude said she became Oracle one of the most intelligent superheroines so in that sence yes it is positive but it never is the same. We all know Joker could never defeat Batgirl in a one on one fight. for female's she's only probably second to Wonder Woman or Supergirl but without there powers batgirl is the best.

he's a lucky SOB thats why, he cannot win his own battle he needs his henchmen to do the job Joker cant take Batman, Robin and the best of all who is the quickest fastest he cant take on Batgirl out of all the hero's on the team Batgirl always will prevail she has more of a soft heart then them both and thats why she is a true hero she saves all lives at all costs always!

Sure what happened was Barbara Gorden was Batgirl you know that right:) ok well in the comics Joker Appeared at the doorway of Barbara's house she did not know who it was and bang Joker shot her Barbara become paralized so she felt she was not helping the team and could not just sit around not do any thing. With her creativity in books knowlege and the Computer Barbara was able to help batman and Nightwing in fighting crime and named her self Oracle I still dont know what the cause was:(

I think the cause was Barbara knew a cry for help was coming. It was a girl called Helena who became the Huntress. After wards Joker hired a man to kill Selina Kyle who was Catwoman while that man was doing that Joker headed to Barbara's house, Barbara thought it was Helena but instead she faced death face to face:( but lives on without walking and never giving up!

Pretty much like the person before me stated, Barbara Gordon used to go by the superhero identity of Batgirl. However, Joker shot her in the stomach, getting her spine in the process, which paralysed her from the waist down and caused her to be wheelchair-bound. However, she has a photographic memory and is debatably the most skilled/knowledgeable computer hacker in the DCU. She took the name Oracle because, in her dreams one night, the Oracle of Delphi visited her.

but as the oracle the writers has brought some other great sides up in Barbara... she is in many been recognized as one of the most intelligent superheroes, which wouldn't have happened if she hadn't become the oracle...

I dont care for that, Barbara was awesome as Batgril she still would have been intelligent as she is now Joker robbed her made things worce for her if I had a friend that I loved so much and someone crippled her you think I would be happy no way! Batgirl is my fave charater I know she's not real but she is the only one that makes me think and I think that story line was not a good one they should have kept batgirl going!

had she been a real person, then yes, she would have been just as smart, but she's not and the writers wouldn't have let her evolve into what she is today... and there had to be some development in her character or people would loose interest (probably even you...)

lol now way I would never lose interest in Batgirl I like the Batgirl they have in the new Batman series shes cute lol but I always like the one in the Animated series the comics did not start it for me the TV show did I got into Batgirl thanks to the Batman Animated series so I would have never lost interest I'm just only sad that she's not fighting along side with batman and Robin cause she cant walk:( thats sad for any character thats too bad the writers had to do that:(

It depends on which story/adaptation one follows (cartoons, films, and comics included). But, universally speaking, both Dick/Babs and Bruce/Babs are canon.
