how do you store your fresh roasted beans? If I wanted to keep a pound of fresh roast for a month how would I keep it fresh? Also, are you able to make decent popcorn with that whirley pop after roasting coffee in it?
@aarossell A week or 10 days. They're not stale after 5 days, they just start to lose their freshness from then on. You should also let it rest for a day after roasting before you use it.

@aarossell The whole point of roasting yourself is that roasted beans start going downhill around 4-5 days after they're roasted.
