You still can play RSC, but you need an account that has been made on it, plus you need to log in every 30 days and have it members.

Its unfair that some people see the update sooner than others. The people in the UK are notified earlier as it fits their time zone. The first people to see the update get the opportunity to buy the dragon plates and dragon bones ahead of everyone.
