sometimes they make me check the old doppel sometimes they dont. it depends on how full you have it or how picky they want to be. if you fill this thing up and it cant compress then you will probably need to check it. if its not full and you can compress it down then it seems to be ok. it not check approved but its not check impossible. so if you dont mind the possibility of having to check then its all good.

What would be nice would be one of those keyrings with sides, turning it into a pouch/sheath for a pocket knife or small multitool. Great video, btw, I had almost given up on YouTube after 12873562 product videos with stock background music instead of someone actually talking.

I have the doppelduffel and like it a lot, but it seems a bit big to use as a carry on. I checked Maxpedition's website and it appears that Doppelduffels smaller brother, Fliegerduffel, is carry-on approved. No mention on the website that doppelduffel is small enough to be used for carry on.

Great review. I really like the duffel as a carry on bag when I travel. I'm getting tired of the rolling bag I use. Gonna have to look into that. Thanks for posting another useful video.
