Angies father helped create it in order to save her.

In trauma center under the knife,Delphi tried to develop guilt using living incubators and infecting them w/ guilt.They needed young tissue so they used children,children w/a certain type of dna. Blackwell had no intention of working w/ Delphi until they kidnapped angie because she had that dna.Blackwell joined Delphi in return for his daughter safety.  Owen is just ugly and stupid.

Derek and Hoffman don't get PGS on Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2...

I guess UTK2's storyline only went along with UTK1's storyline, so Derek and Hoffman never did get infected by GUILT since these missions weren't in UTK1.

yes but in Under The Knife 2 I believe they mention that Dr Hoffman said that the Surgeons only flaw is that they cant operate on themselves so technically, these things have happened
