Often is it hard to understand what process drives film editors as they decide what we're going to see and what will end up on the cutting room floor. The costume ball scene is priceless and would have added a lot to the entire London sequence. Some of the chit-chat between Benicio and Sir Anthony is pretentious and boring, and could have been dropped to make room for this without adding on to the final running time of the film. Thank you for posting this!
I got the dvd from Redbox the other day and it was the Director's Cut. All the deleted scenes were included in the film except they still cut this sequence out. Is it like that on the Blu-ray, too? Why include all the deleted scenes, but not this one still?
So, he changes, mauls men left and right at the asylum, escapes, runs amok in London, slaughters a few in the bus/carriage thing, then calmly walks into a ball and around the crowd? Maybe he was enchanted by the singer or Lawrence deep within remembered his human self working in the theater with the music. Either way, this scene could have been so much better and graphic. I'm disappointed. :-/
Looks like a crap movie BUT... Dianne is awesome! They would probably have had a slightly bigger fan base if the scene wasn't cut because all the Dianne fans would have gone just for the sake of it... i know i would have ^^
youre all blinded (pardon the pun) by being Pilkington fans. As a film and horror movie fan i can see why this was cut; too stupid and badly written. the lighting too made the wolfman look like a giant ewok. Done in a much better way i.e full on rampage would have added to the tone of the movie. This didnt add anything. God and the cheesy attack on the puppet man, hang your head in shame Johnston!!
Diannee :( Why oh why did they have to deleate thiss??? I thought it was really good! =[ . You can't stop now, us Pilkington fans want to see more of you on the Big screen! xxxx
I would've deleted the scene were The Wolfman just walks in calmly to listen to the girl, because that scene is not right, not for The Wolfman. The rest I would've left.
But i expected The Wolfman to run into the party and start mauling people like the trailer suggested. It was wise to delete and RE-edit this scene. I like the final version better
Music soothes the savage beast, eh?

Thank God those scenes were cut. It ruins the tension and becomes a little too comedic.

It seems Team Pilkington members are the only ones who care about the deleted scenes. xD
Anyway.... Dianne!!! Fwaahhhh. She looks wonderful sprinkled lightly with blood.
