@sammanu13 i dunno if you pay for it or if your parents do. but call up saying your paying for 20 meg and you never get it. they'll tell you some peak times shit. tell them to sort it out basically, and they should make sure your getting 15+

I have and they just say speeds vary and you 20 meg is an estimation even tough they gave me a gaming router when i upgraded to 20 meg so i guess they are just lying lol
