Oh, my gosh....that's the Huntington Beach Harbor area. I have a friend who's parents live there. She would invite us to see the Christmas boat parade.
The music reminds me of an old Ronnie Milsap song: Lost in the Fifties tonight. Kevin must of been channeling old Ronnie. Ha,ha!
