Hi! Just wanted to ask if this guitar is comfortable enough to play in standing position. The reason why i ask is that i have a USA Jackson KV-2 Korina and it is a bit head heavy, i mean it slides down when you stand with it, the headstock goes down by itself.

I want to get a USA made Dean V and i need know if it's not head heavy.Otherwise i would have to get an ML Dean which i like very much too.

i have gibson and a dean v but i gota go with gibson pecuase it is a better guitar and the stock humbuckers in mine sound great so idk maybe your gibson haters but i do love my dean but gibson hands down

I have both a gibson flying-v and a dean v79. the dean wins hands down.

gibson really went really wrong with the pickup choice on the latest flying-v's

I have this guitar,my wife bought it for me;the neck and body feel are great but the pickups suck ass,and I mean exactly the same it's even that gun metal gray,be prepared to buy some high grade pickups to get it where you wan't it...good luck

All I'm going to say is forget about pedals...the best tone is generated by the natural sound of an amplifier. Dean guitars are absolutely great and if your looking to buy one go with it!
