It looks fun and an innovative combination of "game of life" kinda autonomata simulation combined with the zombie craze! Kudos!
Also, considering the vantage point, it seems to me that the natural story justification is that you're orbiting the area in an ac-140 gunship ala call of duty modern warfare! then you could also add missions like an army unit is going in and you have to protect them, etc.

And "fully destructible environment" lol, are you serious? Doesnt look like there is much to destroy.
