OMG!! YOUR USING THE ELECTRIC RICE COOKING POT!!!! YOU WILL BE PUNISHED BY THE RICE GOD!!!
btw ..are there any differences between using milk or water? and why does my cream puff dont actually "puff" up? and my dough was still doughy after 35 minutes of baking. the only thing that was baked/burnt was the bottom...-_-
@mawarmusfirah lol i wasted half of my flour just making puffs that dont puff...ill see results when i get to the bottom of the flour bag....i hope...-_-. thanks for sharing! it was really informational!
@ShuyuKoukin same! I also have the same problem! i make it but the dough is not puff! but I will try making new ones with this tutorials^^ hope it works~~
@TifaLockheart13 well it works for me now..since its the...god knows how many times i've tried it..my problem was in the mixing. And i did some heat adjustments. GOOD LUCK!!
looks good but what kind of milk powder u use? i take it u guys are from malaysia. so am i. can u explain in detail about the milk powder? what brand u use?
very close noreen, but we are from singapore. we used anlene brand for making creampuffs.. its actually up to u.. how "lemak" you want it to taste like..
Shit that is ALOT of butter and sugar. The end result looks good but a killer in your weight. You would definetly have to do a pretty heavy workout to work that off. Dang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW defensive defensive. All Im saying is that your recipe definetly has alot of sugar and and alot of butter used. You can certainly do away with the amount used. An liter option is always best. Your killing yourself with all that muck in your body!!!!!!!!!
...I don't think so.....but I don't think I will eat one in itself. This may be a delightful treat to alot of people but I won't be baking yet alone eating one for a very long time. I like to pay close attention to what I eat.
well MOST desserts such as cookies and cakes contains 80% of sugar and fat base for ingr. I got scared when I first learned how to bake. I was actually grossed out and stop eating sweets for a while.
i want to said is " you need to add flour all in 1 time! ''

Do you need to put in yeast or soda into the dough mixture? I tried making another pastry (Eclairs) without it and it never raised :S
