It's easy. All you have to do is to apply the 'Curves' effect to your video layer in Adobe Premiere or After Effects. You just play around with the RGB, Blue, Green and Red channels. It's very simple. If you need any more information just ask :)

I really dig your eye for color, very well saturated etc etc. So many people are obsessed with adding blue tint to everything lately. You've presented a nice warm picture. Although(if I may enter my personal opinion)I would steer clear of that vignette effect. It's getting overused in independent films and in 5 years people will be able to instantly date any material from this era if it includes vignette. It's pretty, yes, but it's nowhere near timeless, so you've kinda gotta weigh your options.
