Funny...I've seen this video on the net for a few years. I'm the dude that can be seen on the stern w' my then girlfriend who beckons me to go off w' her. Ah, good times.

Right you are, jonclair. QE 2 was a great ship that was retired way too early. I was on this crossing, and I think it was my favorite of all because of the rough weather. I can still hear Captain Ian McNaught saying, at the end of the noon announcement one day, "Enjoy your afternoon on QE 2, crossing the Atlantic, doing what she was built for!" Great ship, wonderful Captain. I miss her.
