  • @xXxXxxOnePiecexxXxXx if u kick and punch u have to punch and kick the fastest your defance have to be in action u cant kick from this distanse a front kick and then a roundhouse kick. if u kick i see you full down u dont kick u fall in the puppet

  • whats he doing in the basement with th dummy before the video

  • donde puedo comprar esa bolsa de piso con forma de hombre???? como se llama el modelo?

  • That can help !. GREAT work!

  • im in kickboxing ive been in for 2 months now and i learn how to kick better, kick with my left and how to upper cut and over hand punch real good i lost weight also and more!

  • no, kickboxing is not box and karate...-.- its box , and kicks man...-.- karate is dancing--...--

  • hey guy pick on someone your own size!

  • wtf guys, kickboxing does come from karate. It evolved alot since but the kicks are all static, just like karate, unlike muay thai, very different kicks

  • Wrong. That just applies to the odd American brand of kickboxing. Other styles such as the Dutch or French style are very different. Dutch style kickboxing is identical to muai thai, except no elbows, and no attacks during a clinch.

To make it even simpler, Dutch muai thai and Thai muai thai are quite different from one another too. ^_^

Often, Thai muai thai practitioners neglect their punch techniques, and their European counterparts try to integrate it all together.

  • The Static kicks of kickboxing come from karate, where else do they come from then? Im not talking about Muay Thai, Savate is closer to kick boxing than its dutch counterpart, wich is closer to thai, yeah, but we are not talking about that, now are we.

To all the haters --- kickboxing com --- under styles, it covers all the mainstream martial art styles and their history.

  • @maxthecat122 There is only one martial art. Forget the rest.

  • @Blahb27 not in savate theyr punches seems kind of week

  • 1:31 "to the body... or to the head, depends what he has" lol

  • voice over?

  • i take into account distance, whats open, how do my body parts feel, wheres my power at right now, etc. i don't just hit the dude three times.

  • lol i didn't get his name at the beginning xD

  • great lesson...

he can really thought a lot ;)

  • Do you notice when he does kicks he puts his hands down? Don't get me wrong I don't doubt his capabilities, but he really should keep his hands up so people can get a better idea to do the kick.

  • that was interesting. kickboxing seems like a very effective way to deefend yourself on the streets.

  • Anyone who insults another fighting style simply because their bias cause they take ANOTHER style is completely ignorant. Thats like me talking down to every other race because of the race that iam. Ppl who are ethnocentric make me laugh yet sad because not only are you an idiot... but its sad that youre an idiot.

Each style has its own benefits and downfalls.

  • it might be basic stuff but it's good for people who are just learning

  • kinda sounds like Borat

  • Lol. I learned this stuff a white belt in karate. o.o

  • Comment removed

  • tell that to GSP or Lyoto Machida

  • a pro kickboxer vs pro karate pussy

    of course kickboxer would win

  • i think there both pretty good, my instuctor does kick boxing and is also a black belt in kyokishinkai karate, but learned most of his awesome kicks he usin in boxing from his karate

  • No. XD

  • hahhahahahahahahahahahaha

    no

  • yes. kickboxing originates from japanese KARATE. it does NOT originate from muay thai or any other fight sport

  • this guy is hell fast.

  • it's fabio...ha ha ha

  • crap..

  • come on dude..this is pretty average!!

  • u is a powerful motherfucker

  • Esse sotaque brasileiro não me é estranho!

  • Dude, this is pretty terrible.

  • I like to use a lot of fake outs, you can never be sure if the old lady at the bus stop is going to be prepared for a right roundhouse kick, she might counter it with a sweep, then you're done for.

  • Oh dear lord, not the old lady! :O She's in magacastar: escape to africa :P

  • this is for beginners, a good way to start with a 3 combination.. just to get the legs and arms moving and keeping a flow dodnt worry guys and girls there are lots of different comboes. ( i made a coupple of nice sweeps today felt great)

  • Sorry, not impressed.

  • all this hard work made me hungry

  • LOL! me too xD

  • Very informative, I like how he explains and gives demonstrations. Nice ot know a few different techniques in one video. Thank you.

  • This actually proves to be quite interesting. I'm going to use this for reference for a story of mine. I've got a character who's a kickboxer, but I myself know nothing of kickboxing. -_-

  • gawd this guy is so sexy. mmm. he could show me his techniques anyday. hehe. i love. im totally crushing. RSW

  • Why he use punch then kick

punch then Knee then elbow is the resonable combination

  • those fakes can work on most average oponents its true.. I did it at kickboxing. Worked on most people. Fake round house kick they go to check the side and leave their abs open for side kick.. LOL.

Comon thing I found. As long as they keep doing that Im happy.

  • ur banging

  • cool

  • cool

  • Nothing beats 50,000 volts pulsing through an attacker. Well a guess gun would beat that, and both are around the same price.

  • good techniques and kicks but even when they're being shown on video to people, the guard still needs to be up to make sure they dont get you in the face with a punch or something at the same time

  • @sogeking98 you are correct but check this fighter out. Akiyo "Wicky" Nishiura. no gaurd at all but he's a beast. dont underestimate his style. he knocked out alot of good opponents

  • @explosion6331 the same with chuck liddell , he keeps a low guard but is effective.

  • psg done that in the ufc the fakes bring the guard out
