Freakin awesome! I didnt know they "covered" this song.....Mike Patton already maxed out his points a long time ago with me...this adds to his Godliness lol
I've heard a number of Patton's projecfts, and Mr. Bungle is still my favorite. We may never see a fourth studio album, but it's moments like this that make me glad the band ever existed. It was the soundtrack to my life when I first heard the self-titled debut in high school years ago.
Yes, as in Mr. Rogers the children's TV show host. I actually have the album the original song is on from when I was a kid, but its on vinyl record and I have no record player anymore so no way of posting it.
@Geforce2187 Yes, but Mr. Rogers didn't have Trey, Mike, Trevor, Bär and Danny as his accompaniment. For, if he had, he coulda hit the club venues and bars with a vengeance in the late 80's, early 90's. Shit, that would have probably been pretty fuckin' cool. I guess that he missed out. Instead, we're stuck with Mr. Bungle... Whaaah! (and, other indescribable noises and grunts) LOL
LMAO @how Mike sings "I think I'll be a clooooooown".

This song is really creepy, and yet I think we can all relate to it.

@CodyRicheson That's because Mr. Bungle was a lot more than just a Patton project :)

A clown, a clown.
I think I've heard it all.
I think of myself with so much glory but I've found it just to be gall.
That's what I'll be, a clown.

now you must check out a song by Crispin Helion Glover called
Clowny Clown Clown.
I often wake late at night in a cold sweat wondering who copied who , clowns?
Why ?
there's a part in the clip where he sings,
"And then I turned around ...and I....saw a clown, ....what we see is a rabid dog running towards him and about to rip off his face.
