I was just finding out my sexuality when I came out, even to my Ned-Flanders-Type grandmother, but my friend has known for years and she doesn't show any signs of EVER wanting to tell her very-christian mother. This is all hard on BOTH of them.

I know, Quino has done a 180 when it comes to David/Fer. Last year, he was ready to beat up Fer for "hitting on him" and David got in his face for it and now he seems accepting of them and they even touch each other like the other guys do without Quino being all squimish or pulling away. I like it though. Quimo is so much cooler now than he was last year. It's like he's suddenly realised that just because a guy's gay, it doesn't mean he wants to has be with you. He's not as stereotypical anymore
Yeah, in one of the firsts episode of season 3 Yoli got mad with Quino because he said horrible things about Fer for being gay, but then Julio tried to hit Quino and Fer saved him, and from that moment he was kinda Ok with it. Then the hitting incident happened, but apart from that they're kinda friends.
I don't think David is being a coward, he's just not sure how to tell his parents. But I also think Fer is feeling slightly unimportant to David, which can be a slight problem. But running away isn't the answer, I'm speaking from experience. I recently was feeling unimportant to my boyfriend and the only way to let that be known was to tell him. That's all Fer and David can do right now is talk to each other about what they are feeling.

We also have to understand Fer's point of view, though:
He's had a horrible history with men. And, even from the start of his relationship with David, there's always been secrecy and half-truths; David didn't want to come out then, and he doesn't want to come out now.
Fer probably feels like he's a burden, or that David is ashamed of him, and that frustrates him even more. Fer just wants it all to be over with because he's being hurt as well.

Did anyone notice that at 1:10 Fer tried to give a kiss to David's mother. He probably thought that David had told his parents about them dating.
The dinner at David's house is one of the funniest parts I've seen in this show..
I like Quino's reaction to David's mom comments.
I am surprised that Quino is ok with Fer and DAvid. He is such a religious guy that I thought he would have a hard time accepting their relationship.

-Gorka's conversation with Paula's mother
-The dinner at David's
-David in Olympia's class (which, I have to say, is one of my favorite scenes of FoQ ever, just because you can read every emotion on David's face..
-AND: Cabano telling the group he has sick. UGH. I cried, I really did. It's so weird to see him vulnerable like t hat.
