  • Did anybody test this since the beta? Changelings aren't auto-attacked, which is why they're useful at all. And if he has to manually attack them this is useless.

You could just drop lings/marines/infested terrans on top of his blings/tanks though, pros do it all the time.

  • You can make them dance? I have learned. Masters here I come.

  • Thats a good strat!!!!

  • Ahahaha, wow dude, thanks for this tip, I'm definitely using this next round. I always find myself coming up against walls of siege tanks which incinerate my army. Using their own splash damage against them with absolutely no resource cost on your part is genius.

  • @ryanalange no, but siege tank shells do.

  • I don't want changlings to go...

  • why are zerglings kinda cute?

  • why r changlings going bye byes in the xpac?

  • No opponent sees changeling as friendly unit

  • Does this still work ?

  • this works with mules :3

  • Damn they don't auto target changelings anymore :'(

  • Sucks to be a changeling :\

Not only cause they get blown up by siege tanks, but because they are going to be extinctified in HotS!

  • I'm gonna miss changelings in HOTS :(

  • This is one of the better tricks

  • Respond to this video...

  • hey how can i dance?

i type /dance with a marine or ling or zelot

    put it doesnt work

also i tried with //dance or dance or /dance or /cheer //cheer but doesnt work

    who can help me please

  • oh man... why're they getting cut?! bummer.

  • @ChanielDan Because their effectively giving the overseer to the protoss.

  • I NEVER KNEW THIS! Awesome!

  • very cool

  • Great Video This Will Help Alot :)

  • 1:01 find the dancing Zergling :]]] lol

  • if a terran goes marine tanks, can u drop changling on top of the marines and make their tank attack marines? i tried with two overseer, and the marines tend to kill the changlings before the tanks fires. so i was wondering will more overseer make a difference?

  • I miss some of the older units.

Wraiths, Scourge and Infested Terrans. THAT LAST LONGER THAN 30 SECONDS!!!!

  • @ReachManA239 Infested Terrans in SC1 used to be a suicide unit and caused a lot of damage and did a lot of splash damage. It is 100x better than banelings and was unlimited

  • I prefer the infestor bomb, it's a little stealthier and now that infestors are so crucial to zerg play they work great. still a great trick though.

  • that one with the tanks helped a lot

  • I've seen other trick vids by you before... I couldn't really see any usage of them, but this. Great!

  • never seen your channel before you seem to know alot of stuff when it comes to sc2 i subbed!

  • u dont say......

  • FAVORITED

  • his voice is so monotone

  • 0:59 Peanut Butter Jelly Time!

  • @Elitekiller1998 is that a tauren marine then?

  • nice!

  • Kulas Ravine... lol thats a bad example^^

  • you van also wall off with cheap buildings and us espine as gate

  • how do you find these so fast?!?!?

  • Dancing changelings! I never thought of that.

Doing it in my next ladder match. Thanks.

  • dayam u growin up boooooy

  • You can do same for Protoss, drop probes with Warp Prism on enemy tanks.

  • damn these things are so useful, keep these things coming plz :D

  • lol kulas ravine

  • since when do siege tanks auto attack a stealthy unit, the changeling appears friendly without detection and has to be clicked on for your units to attack it.... im confused.

  • @TheEthug it takes the changelings a little time to change, so if u drop a changeling in tank range, the tank will fire at it b4 it changes.

  • @PhukNgYu Ahh k ty

  • Nice

  • u know so much!! excellent tips!

  • :O This is awesome.

  • How do they even explode?

  • @buXBRYLLEXub Banelings or siege tanks attack them, so you're essentially making the opposing force destroy themselves.

  • this might get nerfed. unfortunately.

  • Sounds good to me

    Subbed

  • cool story bro

  • How do yOu make theme explode?!!

  • @jamesjr0204 they dont, they get shot by sieges and banes

  • @jamesjr0204 Moron.

  • dont know if you noticed, but overseers cost almost as much as a tank, and will be killed by marines before they even get close to the tanks.

also, how would they help in bane ling wars? 'ooh, he opened baneling, im gonna rush to overseer to win, since roaches so hard to get.....''

also, overseer cost the same gas as 4 banes, and can only make 1 changeling every few minutes. this would be painfully inefficiency vs banelings.

  • @madladgregor you need an overseer for scouting anyway so using this on banelings mid to late game is still a very good option considering most zergs dont make aa... also terran players often separate their marines and sieges so dropping a changeling would be a good way to use your overseer after you'v already gotten it for banshees and scouting... please dont leave bullshit comments when you have no idea what your talking about

  • @vtballa207 im high master league with zerg, so im pretty sure i know what im talking about. Im not going to repeat my first comment, but what i said is correct, practically, this tutorial is useless, and since you think terrans often keep their tanks seperate from the marines, you are obvoiusly very bad at this game.

  • @madladgregor this is "zerg tricks everyone should know," not "zerg tricks everyone should use every time they play." stop picking fights on the internet and go find a hobby or something

  • @iChris56 sorry bro, just enlightening the stupid noobs who actually take these videos seriously

  • @madladgregor ...no your knowledge of terran micro shows your not high masters

  • @vtballa207 i am high masters, and every decent terran knows that if he keeps his marines separate from the tanks, they tenks will get sniped by mutas, and the rines wil get fungled you fucking retard. enjoy gold league....

  • @madladgrego ...lol you have some anger issues... and no im diamond not gold... LOL getting pretty worked up there aren't you?

  • @vtballa207 not really, but your diamond, so dont discuss strategy, try learn how to play the game before talking to decent players

  • @madladgregor "try to learn the game"? what a horrible juvenile response... i clearly know how to play considering im 6 in my diamond league and play masters about 50 percent of the time, what a horrible attempt to try to put me down, letting your emotions get in the way of the argument... showing that in fact you are quite angry

  • @vtballa207 you're not even arguing, you're just trying to start fights on the internet cos your so tough.... and yeah, unless your master league, you cant talk about strategy in this game, since clearly its your mechanics and multitasking which is lacking

  • OMG YOU ARE A GOD

  • Wow, I don't normally subscribe, but these videos are great. Love your work.

  • Really nice dude, keep em coming <3

  • This one me the game two days ago, because he turtled and had a lot of siege tanks in his main and nat meaning i bombed his mineral line it was hilarious

  • Next time I play on Kulas I will be controlling those towers for sure! oh wait....

  • Ok correct me if im wrong, but i thought changlings cant be auto attacked unless the player targets it?

  • @krzyxbne When they are dropped they have a half second before they morph and become friendly.

  • :O I have no words. This is amazing.

  • Cool trick but its not too practical. Terrans will almost always have marine support with their tanks and by that point of the game you will already have mutas out most likely which are better than changeling bombs. As for zvz, ling/bling wars only occur in early game where you wont have lair as of yet. Spending the 100 gas on lair is too expensive and a roach transition would be better overall.

  • @lphoenixl Actually if the Terrans have that marine support then you do it over the marines causing the marines to lose half their health or even die. And instead of wasting your lings in banelings if you do the changlin bomb on the banelings it will work with a lot better than to just waste your units to try to kill the banelings. The changelin bomb is a lot more cost effective.

  • @cuzimbrian Yes, hover a flying unit over units that shoot up. Good idea. Remember that getting an overseer requires lair tech which means you will be way past the point of ling/bling wars unless you decide to 1 base it up with 2 gas to support both bling production and your overseer + lair tech (200 gas already). As opposed to wasting a 25 mineral ling to go kill incoming blings.

  • @lphoenixl Well your not going to go all Blings/Lings the whole game you will need to lair. So why not just get a overseer and plus its better if you transitions into other things before your opponaunt.

  • So awesome. I like seeing this sort of thing with infested terran eggs, as well.

  • lol i made a changeling once to replace my enemy's zealot at the ramp. the funny part was he brought his army to kill the changeling, only to have misclicked and killed his own zealot. because of that, my changeling(zealot) blocked his ramp from army to come out and i destroyed his expansion in time. i LOL-ED so hard. :)

  • this is dumb, the player has to actually right click on the changeling to attack it, so if they have half a brain they won't do it with their tanks of banelings. It works great with infested terrans tho

  • @pete275 if u drop it right on a unit, it will get auto attacked, because there is a second that it needs to morph before its attack priority goes away

  • @pete275

if you drop them right on top of them the changeling dies b4 it can transform - untransformed changelings are autotargeted

  • sometimes when im playing against zerg, they blocks my units with mass changelings. Its really annoying becouse you have to target fire those down. Btw, how can this works against siege tanks or banelings becouse they shouldnt be automaticly attacking changeling ??

  • 0:05 i am like whateeeeefuuuuuck°0

  • \dance

  • very nice found

  • How often do Baneling wars keep going till Lair tech? Thats right. Never.

  • that,... was smart.

  • Please, continue posting zerg videos, we love them! ^^

  • keep the zerg tricks coming please

  • Smart!

  • You can also drop them on a tosses ramp and H-Position so the zealots can't come out and then move up with roaches or hydras :)

  • @SC2ish agreed, i did this once. it takes about 3 full energy overseers to block a small ramp, just enough to buy some time

  • Awesome!
