Ha ha its really funny, esp after I just watched now Joan F's Born to Be Bad. I really can't help laughing, remembering the scene's from the movie of my fave Joan F.
But where's the rest of the sketch? Ruth Buzzi was in this too and she was hilarious ("Oh, Kurt--you're a SAP!") Does anyone know where I can find the entire spoof?
she's brilliant! lol harvey can play anyone with that mustache. BTBB is great fun - fave line is big hunk o' robert ryan calling himself a backstreet boy:P
This sketch, part of a Salute to Movie Bad Girls that also included spoofs of "Mrs. Robinson" and "All About Eve", is called "Raised to be Rotten", a take-off on the Joan Fontaine movie "Born to be Bad". It first aired December 15, 1973.
Damn--just when it was getting good! I'd love to have seen that whole episode!

Used to listen to Richard Crenna on the radio. He was a H. S. student on
Eve Arden's "Our Miss Brooks. That was more than half a century ago.
Unlike many kid actors, he had a career when he grew up too.

This is just so funny and ever more spot on if you have seen Born to be Bad. Carol nailed the essence of the Joan Fontaine character.

This is the parody of "Born to Be Bad". Harvey Corman is Zachary Scott, Richard Crenna is Robert Ryan and Carol is Joan Fontaine.
