this is a good interpretation of the song. i think even utada can sing in a lower range than him, but he has a higher register. it's a fact that it's easier to train your voice to have a higher ranger than a lower, so i think he was struggling with that at the beginning notes. anyway, i think he's most sucessful than se7en at breaking in the Japanese market, but considering that he was hired by Japanese producers and company, he was probably marketed much better than se7en's management.
