LOL! I love the jeffersons. I remember watching them when I was a girl. We would watch them along with Good Times on school nights. They don't make TV shows like they use to. That era was a classic time for television.

And even though I was no where near born at the time when All In The Family, The Jeffersons, Good Times, Maude and etc were on, I can still even appreciate these shows as well when I "discovered" them as a kid and now that I'm older. All of it put together is when TV was TV.

I grew up with these 70s shows and as a 41 year old, I am still shocked when I view episodes where George says the N word... and not "nigga" but the real N word! I can't remember which episode it was but its the one where George is arguing with Helen and he proceeds to wager Helen that if she and Tom were to get into a major fight, that Tom wouldn't hesitate to call her a N****. Even now my jaw drops when I see that scene! :) This show was racy.
