In the chorus the third chord is a simple E minor:

E, B, E, G

The chord at 1:50 is a G#sus2/C:

The last chord you need is a simple B min:

Are you playing the High E string on Chords One and Two or are you muting it?

Also, This can just about be played with standard tuning if you have long fingers, altho it is pretty uncomfortable.
