getting around windows vista password for users

This video is poorly made and poorly demonstrated for one. This does not work. Even if we are looking for a solution to a problem we don't know how to do our selves, we do have a right to judge you for a poorly constructed demonstration. This being a 4 and a half minute video could have been 3 if you would take some typing classes. And then after watching you don't even give us a fix.

@odstxshelburne look at the date this is made,im also dyslexic. so thanks for being a dick. all i can say is if you didn't find a answer here then go to another video there are many to choose from. just i ask you not to waste mine and you own time by complaining on the internet to someone who made a video over 2yrs ago and didn't 100% know. if you really want to know how to do this then open you CMD and start typing.just dont complain to somone who you dont know and really doesnt care about you
