After 5 months of no tenants at my property I asked a friend to present as a prospective tenant, Hocking Stuart did EVERYTHING to deter him. "No we can't take you through, we're too busy, we can't find the keys" etc
Same time the agent was pressing me to rent my home in Box Hill Vic to an 18 year old son of her friend for well under market rate.
I had my friend obtain the keys, he placed an advert on my behalf in Saturday's Age...I ended up with an excellent long term tenant within days.
