May I suggest you have look at our first Youtube we made from the police videos the day of Erickson's arrest.

As you can see he knew nothing about what was used to strangle the victim or how many times the victim was struck.

By the time of the trial he had learned all the testimony from Prosecutor Crane. Erickson did this becasuse he had the death sentence threat from Crane

At 1:00 of this video it finally hit me..."Erickson really did make it up...wow." Among many other things, he lied about seeing Mallory that night, and to take it to the twilight zone, Erickson went as far as to lie about seeing Mallory stopped at a red light at 2:30 A.M. but the traffic lights in Columbia would have been flashing yellow caution at that time. Hhhhmmm?? I wish the Ferguson family the best in finding justice for their son. No evidence...no case...period.

any da that withholds evidence that can prove someone is innocent they should be automatically charged with obstruction of justice and sent straight to jail. look at the michael crowe case and the west memphis 3 cases they fed the evidence to them to get a confession from them. this is done all the time.if we lie to a police offer we can go to jail but they can lie to us. i sat on a circumstancial case of murder 30 seconds we had a verdict of not guilty

There was no evidence linking them to the crime. Every statement about the crime scene Chuck made was wrong, impossible or the opposite of what happened. Unless of course you were at the crime scene as it played out. Do we have a 3rd party to this crime? If so, do the right thing and come forward, purge your guilt LOL.

I do not know whether Ryan was innocent, BUT zero physical evidence, and only the "expanding memory" of some troubled kid, is not "guilt beyond a reasonable doubt". This country bumpkin of a jury should be ashamed.

Ryan was there....and covered things up. He kept quiet and thought he would let his buddy take the whole rap for it. Well that didnt go as planned. Still not one reason for why Erickson would confess to a murder he didnt do or WHY he would implicate Ryan....... it all points to the simpler explanation...Ryan is guilty

Good question why didn't the Prosecutor put Dallas on the stand, why didn't he ask Shawna Ornt the only person that draw a composite of the person seen in the parking lot? Why because Prosecutor Crane knew what there answer would be. Prosecutor Crane needed a witness that would support his theory....So he used Jerry Trump the person police said had no useful information, the person who was never asked to draw a composite, the person no one spoke to for 37 months

Jerry Tump was summons to Crane's office December 21, 2004. He walked in with two years of probation over his head know nothing and walked out as Crane's key witness. Does anyone see anything wrong with this?

Just do a Ytube search of Innocent people getting off Death Row. this case has one thing in common with the West Memphis 3 case-No physical evidence, conviction on a loose obviously coerced confession!

Yes, it does seem like the prosecutor would have put Dallas on the stand if he hadn't bullied a false memory out of him. Guilty conscience? Plus Dallas comes across as very believable on this video.

Good question why didn't Prosecutor Crane put Dallas Mallory on the stand if Erickson was telling the truth.

Crane's state witness was going to testified against Chuck made up story.

Finally Dallas did get to testify under oath in July during Ryan's Hearing last year for the first time.

This is testimony that Prosecutor Crane did not want the public to hear.

Dallas Mallory's testimony shows clearly that Charles Erickson could not have seen him after the murder.

Chuck make up this entire story. Nothing about Chuck's testimony is true.

Prosecutor Crane did not call Dallas Mallory to the witness stand because he knew Mallory would not support Chuck wild untrue story.

If Chuck's story was true Prosecutor would have called Dallas Mallory to the stand.
