She's a stunner, love the tank set up too. I have a video of my male hognose feeding, I give him a fuzzy at the moment but he is still growing, could actually give him a rat pup. Got mine in a smaller rub atm while he still grows

@eLO419 when finding substrates for this speicies....they can have newspaper, sand, eco earth (dry), barks (preferably aspen), organic potting soil, and many many more. just think of their habitats in the wild....they live in a long range of different habitats across the western side of the U.S.

GREAT song. don't you just love these guys "wimpy" snakes!!!??? wtf? i've got a western hognose also and as im sure you would atest they are one of the most interesting snakes to watch, ive also got a pair of balls- pythons, a 4' redtail, an 8' jungle carpet python a 2' desert phase cali. king and... the list goes on and on. point is, i hope you never let some "wimpy" comment make you think less of the animals you chose to keep.

@xSweetxDreamzx1 Yes. It is a harmless Hognose snake. It isn't venomous.

it is venomous. it is a rear- fanged venomous snake. it isn't very strong to humans and you would pretty much have to stick your finger down its throat to be punctured.

k let me word it so you understand better. It has rear fangs, but they are solid and do not inject venom. Their saliva is what is toxic and it isn't a threat to people. So no they are not venomous, but their saliva is toxic to their prey. Is that better for you?

Great vid as usual Sebi. Awesome snakes too. I had a quick question for you. I am planning on getting another snake in August, and am split between a Brazilian Rainbow Boa and an Emerald Tree Boa. I know they each have their own benefits and difficulties. So, just wondering about your input. And again, keep up the great work.

Oh a Emerald Tree Boa . They looks great, but where I come from they are so fucking expensive and also not so easy to keep.
