The left rear tire as the cause makes no sense to me... coming in hot, left rear is low or flat, however there's little weight on the inside left corner. Front wheel drive car, right? It looks to me like he got a little loose, over corrected and it came around from the inside. Looks like the front pushed or locked up a bit too.
