ive had 1 for the past 4+ years now and here in the u.k get more options than they do in mainland europe but they are cheaper there than they are here in the u.k

I don't understand why they do not offer the MHD in the US. Why do we always get shafted with the low gas mileage cars while Europe gets all of the ones with the insane gas mileage?
