Over time our body gets old, we often forget what we did yesterday, but the things that we lived in our childhood are protected at some place in our memory and we carry it for rest of our lifes. It was great to spend the weekends of my childhood watching the spectacular Ayrton Senna in his office, doing his job with perfection peculiar to him. Who saw has no doubt, he was the best man and driver who passed in F1's Circle.
I'd be happy if any of today's F1 drivers were half the man Senna was. Sadly they aren't. Vettel is a good driver but is nothing of what Ayrton showed as a man, a role-model and true legend. I really hope Vettel isn't compared to Senna now, or in the future. Ayrton Senna was, and always will be a true inspiration.
I watched Senna from his beginning in F 1 until, sadly his death. The film is nothing but clips from his races and mentions nothing of what made Senna so great. When running for a pole position he was blistering fast. If someone beat him by a .001 he would go out and beat it. His passion is missed in the movie instead spends much to much time on his conflicts with other drivers. We get nothing of how, in his last two years of life he began to change. He began to reach out to other drivers, he b
@N4bpp1 i agree somewhat. its true they didn't spend enough time showing what made him a great racing driver. it must've been 5mins at best and it would've been nice if they spent a little more discussing it for the people that didn't see him race. i did like seeing the politics of F1 during that time which as a kid watching F1 with my dad didn't really know about.
i saw it in LA in feb 11 for a special screening so i'm not sure if it changed much since its global release.
"a lot to do, a lot to learn... but i have plenty of time". rest in peace ayrton. and thank you so much for what you did to brazil. God please bring senna back, you can take hamilton whenever you like.
To be honest we ( as the viewing public) are so very fortunate to have seen someone such as Senna. Not for the way he displayed himself on track, but the way he displayed himsef as a human being... one of a kind .......
I saw the movie and was blown away about what happened behind the scenes..
Senna would have won at least 7 titles and wanted to see him battle Schuy so much. I loved his demenor off the race track. So sad how it all ended. F1 has really gone down hill since.. With the FIA pulling the races from Europe where the sport started it is not the sport it once was. May the 3 time champ rest in peace..
Fullerton the one best for him? in reality the others drivers not good drivers. Senna winner to all drivers F1, but not in kart racing? is very funny. Fullerton why you dont driver in F1..!!!

I'm touched by the clip. Senna knew he was privileged:
He knew he had a gift; he knew he had to give........ so he did.
That's far beyond being a F1 pilot; being a pilot was just his role to reach us.
In lak'ech.

The last scene: Senna locked in battle, F1 Cars side by side, sparks flying, check out the rear wings at 2:23. Gives me goosebumps. Senna is amazing.
