I make it like this too but I mayo both sides of the bread. Otherwise it taste dry to me. I raise Creole tomatoes i n my garden and you just beat them for taste.

First of all, you forgot to toast the bread. Secondly, while it might seem cute to pack each half in a plastic bag for Josh, it's an unnecessary waste of plastic and therefore terrible for the environment. :(
great point! ditch the mayo and use avocado. Plus use uncured nitrate free turkey bacon. I am surprised that this was not as healthy as it could be since they are R.D's.
put some real mayo on that thing... like your kid is going to brag about canola or his romaine.... damn

In the South, we don't always toast the bread. We like the taste of fresh white bread right out of the bag.

I actually like turkey bacon and canola mayo better than the full fat stuff. Avocado would be great on that too! Yum.
