@humza101 quite simply, Dr. Paul did not aggressively campain or spend a lot of money advertising and attacking the other candidates, which is also the same strategy that Obama used to get nominated and ultimately elected president. He is instead using his resources in more important stated to get more delegates on his side, which is smart in my opinion.
