Thank you so much for posting this! One of my favorites! I sure miss ol' Hank - I still can't get over how his voice truly feels the music. He lived it, that's why he could sing it!
Also, I have been trying to find the old "glory bound train" song - but I can't find it on youtube anymore. It was on the Opry and I certain Hank did the song with Acuff. If you find it, please post it too. Warm Regards from Texas
Old Hank sure did a good job on this song,,,reminds me of my childhood,,,seems so sad that his life was taken so early,,,but his memories of his great voice will be shared for everyone to hear...god rest his soul..we miss ya hank sr. thank you very much for posting this.......
hank had spinial bifida where your spine is hanging out when your born very painful surgery and a miserable life they didnt have the med tech back then so hank drank to deal with the pain it wasnt a horse or unless that horse was audrey hank loved the gals long live the king
Great pictures. Great singing A great man. As I was told he fell from a horse and backpain was more than he could bear. The good ones are always here for a brief time.
Thanks for posting this song. It is sung with so much conviction. If you can listen to this song and not want to serve Jesus something is wrong with you. If you don't know Jesus as your personal Savior, get to know him and you will have everything. God bless you all.
As long as I can remember, Hank Williams was my favourite (bar none) singer...To me, it's it's so simple....I've never heard anyone who could sing like him...consider as well, her wrote most of his songs.....
Well Halo, you could say that, but I prefer to think of him as a talented, lonely and misunderstood man who died alone in the back of his baby blue cadillac in physical and emotional pain with no family or friends anywhere. He left a wonderful legacy at a mere 29 years of age. btaylor
Hank suffered from clinical depression which he treated by drinking, and he suffered from chronic back pain which he treated by taking painkillers. The combination was fatal and he died from a heart attack at 29.
if you find a rare video on tube you have to capture it before someone claims copyright infringememt .even though it is not intentional but simply an appreciation of artist of the past.
Long story made short, if it were not for these "greedy shits", 54blueflamesix, you would never have heard Hank and been able to rip his family off like you have done. Commie Fuck.
Thank you so much for posting this song. This takes me back to the days of my youth when the traditional songs of faith were sung in my church. Those songs are truly the best. Thanks for the memories!
sing it Hank!
