hello i am doing a similar project in c#. i am using a wiimote to control a robotic arm and i have my code working in c# and im new to c# this is my first time using this tool. I am trying to send my data from c# to the microcontroller over a uart interface but before i do that i want to see the data over a serial terminal. how do i go about that and how did u use the serial port to send data to the arduino.
:) u know what..i'm sure there is an easy way to light LEDs but the purpose of the project is to show how to read and write commands to a peripheral using C# GUI and a microcontroller...this can be expanded to anything reallly!!

hey man, nice one i have a swell idea: i want to create a piano application using c#(mono project),and then interface with a pic micro controller and then either play it through the computer interface or directly through the pic board itself, if you have any interest and have an idea do get back to me!

You could have done this with a single transistor on each sensor and no PC, Arduino, C# etc. Just kidding - great project, man!
