  • why dont you add milk its gonna be about 2000 cal

  • Im soooo pissed off, i dont like peanut butter :@:@:@ i would just eat fucking tubs of the shit every day if i could!

  • @mcmanus1806 Try almond butter. Delicious.

  • strange boy

  • i have all that stuff im goin to try that right now...after i go gym haha...

  • @TheBoyupstairs He's probably a hardgainer

  • @bummmable he put starch in it for complex carbs so thats probaly 500 calories

  • Thats Not 1500 Calories :L

  • bollocks is that 1500 calories. water = no calories, there was 1 banana, so 100 calories, looked about 100g peanut butter so 600 from that, protein powder has 4 calories per gram, so say 200 calories from that, so 900 calories in total dipshit

  • 1500 calories? WTF! why? has he just finished a marathon or an ultra run?

  • if it make you gain y are you still skinny

  • The only thing I don't get is half of you are trying to make jokes but in doing so you obviously show how little you paid attention to what he said. His recipe is a good one and its on some bottles of mass gainers and he explains why he's pealing the banana that way so if you listened you would know. I think you guys are making mean dumb jokes, know it all's how boring.

  • ohoho.....good work krashnik-san....i ask...this possible for japanese man, too?

I want to be strong for beat my neighbor!

  • It's a lot easier to just peel the banana before putting it in a zip lock bag and freezing it.

  • how the shit is that 1500 calorie, i want to make that to gain weight :D if i would eat it every day i would gain a lot of weight

  • peel banana before freezing

  • this must be a joke

  • How The Hell Is That 1500 Calories ?

  • nice video bro...I thought my 1100 calorie shake was high in calories haha. I make my own weight gainer shake that consists of milk, oats, peanut butter, bananas and protein powder. My recipe was a BIG part of my 25 pound muscle gain over a 6 month period. A must for any skinny bastard wanting to pack on weight...I should know, I used to be a skinny bastard lol

  • @brianroyfitness what the name of your 110 calorie shake ??? thanks

  • @ch00senone

    haven't given it a name yet...any suggestions??

  • @brianroyfitness me too, but thanks to your shakes I had a job as the fat bastard in austion powers. Thanks for that

  • i'm starting to lift for baseball. i'm not too interested in getting big/fat, but i have a really fast metabolism. is it a good idea to include the carbo gainer used in the video, or just the protein?

  • Jesus so many of you are missing the point, yes that big of a shake will make you more fat than cut but this guy runs like a motherfucker so he needs that many calories or he'd be twice as skinny. Derps

  • you should peel the banana be4 u freeze it.

  • right. thats not even close to 1500 calories.

  • how would this make you fat? unless you drink this shit sitting on your couch and not do anything all day... Trying doing P90x or something where you need 3000 calories in a day just to build muscle and mass. So please shut up you fatties looking at this video.

  • 1500 calories seems a little excessive, even for someone who wants to gain weight.

  • @madchild0709 Its actually not, ectomorphs have such high metabolisms they should be eating about 4,000 calories. Most skinny guys can't eat 4,000 calories of food so they drink weight gain shakes.

  • God..

2500 kcal a day is an average amount of calories needed to a normal sporty guy(ofc it depends on kg but anyway thats average)

So.. if you take 1500 only by a shake what happens with the another 5 meals?

  • @ShniWalker 2500 calories? Where are you pulling up that number? I'm eating more than that pre-show.

  • i think it will be easier if you peel the banana before you freeze it.

  • damn what in those powders to make it 1500 cals...gross

  • @maritimetimes Protein, maltodextrin, carb powders.

  • Nice plastic food bro... what the hell's wrong with a big omelet, a piece of fruit and cup of nuts? Seriously, corn starch? Calories dont come much emptier than that...

  • @Aethren He wants empty calories with high protein, look how skinny he is. He can't eat enough calories to gain.

  • The point of running is to burn calories so what made you think a 1500 calorie shake after a run was a good idea? I love people who do cardio excersise and then afterwords drink a mass gaining shake it makes me laugh. I could understand you drinking this if you where a guy wieght training and wanting to put on mass but 1500 after a run means your run was a complete waste of time.

  • @metallicatriviumPwN not necessarily. you don't lose cardiovascular endurance by maintaining a constant caloric intake. if you want to maintain weight but still do the exercise then eating more calories is optimal. but i agree with you to some extent because: if you want to follow my theory of exercising/staying healthy but maintaining weight, then you eat a lot of natural stuff and not protein/weight gain powders/shakes

  • the dude has a gut and no muscle let alone big muscle

  • not even close to 1500 calories...

  • would that much protein really help build strong muscle?

  • The banana! The atheist's nightmare! :-O

  • Peanut butter is estrogenic, for losing fat or gaining muscle that is not what you want to be eating

  • thats only about 500 calories...where did u get 1500 from ???

  • eeeew why is your peanutbutter like that?

  • So you run to burn off fat then you eat a high calorie shit shake to gain it all back?

  • Actually, this shake is not bad at all...i mean, peanut butter is rich in insaturated and polyinsaturated fats, that are good for your body (in moderated concentrations and just for the peanuts,), is good in protein and actually is full of carbs, because the banana and the carb suplement...i hope you do a lot of exercise, 'cause if you don't, you will get a huge belly...i recomend to low the peanut butter quantity, it's ok that you're skinny, but don't exagerate...

  • i bet he didnt even drink that shit...

  • hi could you use say strawberry flavor protein powder instead of chocolate flavor protein powder ?

  • @MDGEIST1314 are you serious?

  • @bakeee if a wasn't a wouldn't ask

  • YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT STUDIES HAVE BEEN SHOWN THAT PROTEIN POWDER IS TOXIC FOR THE BODY.

    1. IT CAUSE DEPENDANCE TO THESES PRODUCTS PEOPLE BUY FUCKING A LOT OF THEM!!!

    2. protein dont digest at all causing sugar load musky in the body creating undigestive problem

    3. it attack brain and making too much heavy sugar creating nervous trouble

  • Somebody is learning from Michael Phelps too much.

  • oooo so you like black bananas...

  • that must fill you right up

  • tbh i dont know if your doing worse to yourself then doing good.

  • I've been wanting to gain weight for years, and i'ma girl! thanks! :D

  • u luk exactly like bruno dude...i mean 1500 cal shake for a person who wants to loose weight?? or person who wants hard muscle no fat..u kidding rite?? anyway nice vid..stop using carb shit or when u cross 40 u ll hv a pot belly like santa

  • @azlbek umm, actually, its useful for me who can't gain weight for shit, I need this kind of shake so that instead of going to the gym and gaining just strength and definition, I could gain muscle mass and size with it too... You have any idea how hard it is for me to eat my required 2300 calories a day? After a certain point my body starts rejecting the food I intake, so I need this kind of shake to help me get there.

  • that shirt :(

  • @djpuffycube that protein comment is a complete myth

  • your body cant process more than 30 grams of protein at once. all that extra that you put in their gets stored as fat which you then are going to have to burn off.

  • not 1- not 3 but 2 ICE CUBS!

  • i would rather eat a pizza for that many calories

  • looks like a great tasting shake but no way that is 1500 calories. More like 600-800 calories max.

  • Some people need to eat a CRAZY amount of calories to maintain their weight. I'm a female athlete and I eat 3,500 calories a day to maintain. My husband is naturally thin and needs to eat around the same to maintain even when he isn't working out. However, the body cannot benefit from ingesting more than 60g of protein in one sitting. If you're going for pure protein and not bulk than there are better ways of ingesting it. If you need the calories than this is probably a tasty treat! Ha

  • 2 problems:

    1) too many calories at one go - the body cant handle all that at one go

    2) you should not have that many calories when you have simple sugars, the sugar will spike your insulin and promote fat storage

  • this is a fucking heart attack!

  • this guy's in great shape and this shake helps to refuel his body for hard runs and training and to maintain a stronger build not that scrawny marathon look and not that heavy bulky bodybuilder look...he's lean and strong and obviously knows how to eat

  • damn dude it takes you like 5 minutes to take the peel off of the bananna otherwise good video :)

  • The perfect shake to get you fat

  • @Nerevar1990

the perfect shake to get you fat IF you don't work out hard enough

  • @Nerevar1990 i guarantee that the protien shake on my page has at least 1000 more calories than this one , raw hamburger meat , raw eggs , mayo , maple syrup . kinda funny to watch . lol.

  • @Nerevar1990 Shakes that are very high in calories are for inter-advance bodybuilders or people who are in track and field (or anybody who do intense workout/ cardio) they are the type of ppl who burn 3k-5k calories a day (but yea it depends on the athlete and its a rough estimate of burnt calories) but u r right this shake can get you fat (if you drink it and just sit and watch videos/ play games all day)

  • @Nerevar1990 hahaha.exactly."she" will get fats and it would not be able to loose them

  • little too much peanut butter, packed with fats, essential ones yes but too much of any fat makes you fat.

  • he really likes his bananas hard

  • he still alive?

  • hey matt your really cute you can make me a shake anytime

  • could you use milk instead of water?

  • thanx for teachin me how to peal a banana

    jks

  • @miniman631 ROFL king of comments man XD

  • You really dont need food to live, just a dedicated routine of circulation management via weights, cardio, qi gong, yoga, breathing rhythmically, etc. All food does is create mass. If you dont believe me look at my videos. Check out Jericho Sunfire he is a personal trainer doesnt eat anything or even drink...look up a guy called "Nature Love" he eats one salad a day and is jacked. Meat and highly toxic foods just make the body retain water and look massive, its NOT muscle. Wake up people.

  • @TheUtuber00 "You really dont need food to live" LOLOLOLL srsly?

  • @vfautococker Jericho Sunfire. Personal trainer. Doesnt eat or drink. Look him up and have fun laughing your way to insanity.

If you think you need food to be strong, go on a 2 week water fast, hit the gym hard and report back to me "NO" well then you might have an addiction problem buddy.

    Take care ;)

  • Would you drink two of those a day, or do you eat 'regular' food as well? How many calories are you trying to get in total?

  • You guys heard of breatharians? People who dont eat or drink? They say basically if you give yourself energy through exercise, you can overcome food altogether. Jericho Sunfire is actually a personal trainer who doesnt eat or drink... it's like starvation and anorexia are mindsets. Crazy.

Maybe we've had it wrong the whole time. Check out my videos.

  • corn starch? ughhh!

  • that looks sickly :O

  • 1500 cals ?? Doubtful .. good effort tho

  • milk?

    maybe

  • wouldnt it be easier if you peeled the bannana then freeze it? just a suggestion.

  • I make Milk - protein - Banana

    ok ?

  • i peel my older bananas before i freeze them, they're so much quicker and easier to use and much less messier........great shake though

  • Hey, instead of the water, why not use milk? It will add some calcium and it will probably make it taste better

  • @Drduffie214 Not to forget it will add around 100+ calories so it will make 1600 calorie drink....beast

  • Ok what most of you people lack is physiology and biochemistry. If you had any education in those subjects you would know that your body CANNOT build up muscle from that much protein. Your body will convert it to fat.

You can disagree all you want but go to your local university and grab a biochemistry text book.

If you want to get fat, yes this will be good. Or if you plan on running for like 2 hours intensely

  • @crosse69 It depends on your lifestyle. For runners out there who want great running times, but don't want to look scrawny - this is perfect. Sure - compared to a bodybuilder I'm scrawny. But considering how fast of a runner I am - I have great muscle development & this shake is one of the main reasons for that along with how high my protein intake is.

  • @krashnik for runners it the carbs that count most

  • @krashnik to anyone ur scrawny...

  • @krashnik Your chest is good you just need bigger shoulders and arms.

  • @Terminator860 he is NOT A BODYBUILDER!!! HE DOESNT WANT BIG MUSCLES! HARD TO UNDERSTAND? HE IS A RUNNER AND DANCER AND NEEDS THE SHAKE FOR ENERGY AND MUSCLE RECOVERY! END OF STORY YOU DUMBFUCK

  • @PG1337ify

Calm down he's just giving him advice.

  • @DarkchocolateXzX very good advice! "bigger shoulder and arms" yeah the most important muscles at the body just forget the back! terminator is just a fucking discoloser training for the girls not for himself.

  • @crosse69

No, you're wrong. The more protein you consumed will not matter because your body will exit it out by urien, or poo.

  • @crosse69 You sir are the stupid one, protein is never turned into fat! If your body doesn't use it, it is pooped out. Our bodies don't have the enzymes needed to break down protein into fat! So before you go flaming on someone, get your shit straight.

  • @udieipwn

Really? Wow. Proteins are made up of basic units called Amino Acids. Once the proteins are broken down into Amino Acids by one of several enzymes secreted by your pancreas.....they are absorbed by your ilium or jejunum.... Your body can then convert Amino Acids into Fatty Acids (Fat)

I have no idea what your education level is, but I wouldnt be surprised if you are a high school drop out. Please dont question someone with a science degree specialization in these sorts of things

  • @crosse69 Uh, no actually, I am just a kid who was well informed by my parents who are both doctors and have gone to school for 30+ years. I was talking to them because I wanted to gain muscle and lose a little bit of fat for a more defined look. I asked them, "What should I eat?" They answered that I should eat fruits, veggies, and protein because protein will give you muscle and not be converted into fat. That is because we don't have the enzymes required to break down protein. Go back to CC.

  • @crosse69 and @krashnik I agree with both of you guys, one must tailor his diet to meet the energy requirements of his body. On my channel i got a shake i make to get ripped. super healthy i dont even drink it all! a third of it fills me up and has about 200+ calories in it.

  • @crosse69 only very high protein intake will convert to fat, like very high ridiculous amount...and those books are talking abt the avg person...for a 220 pound heavy lifter he needs around 300 g of protein a day if the book said that it would be referring to a sedentary fat ass that does nothing all day

  • @crosse69 but its the fat that you build the muscle on init

  • @crosse69 it's fine if someone just wants to bulk up and put a bit of meat on their bones

Sure if you want to be a competition bodybuilder you'd prob use a dif mix, but this mix is good for it's purpose

  • @crosse69 agreed, small regular periodic doses will give a much better result, minus the toilet destruction.

  • @crosse69 You get fat if you don't work out! I train intensely and my protein shakes still have more ingredients than this! I have defined muscles & strength thanks to the large amounts of protein I take!

  • @crosse69 Running for 2 hours intensely burns like 2400 calories for me, shut up and stop posting your ignorant garbage on the internet. Look at the biggest bodybuilders in the world, Schwarzenegger had to eat 5000 calories per day just to maintain his weight. Sure they are/ were on steroids, but it's not as if the avergae guy is going to eat g000 calories per day and expect not to get fat.

  • @23rdMarineCommandos beside the point but Schwarzenegger became famous because he was one of the few natural body builders of his time, that and he was huge. haha, you really burn 2400 calories on a run, how can you tell?

  • @1527384625 u are retard schwarzenegger have been on steorids

  • @colobiangang false schwarzenegger "have" not been on steroids

  • @crosse69 Wrong you fucking idiot. Maybe you should grab a biochemistry book before you make idiotic comments. The process of protein turning into fat is near impossible. Any excess will be stored as glycogen. The only way that protein can turn into fat is if there is an existing pathway available by excessive unused carbohydrates.

  • @crosse69 You lack practical knowledge smart guy, Athletes expend more calories since they have a intensely high metabolic rate due to their sports. Professional runners/swimmers expend 10,000 to 20,000 calories because of their workouts. That means they can consume all the protein they want, and not gain "fat". Don't be an encyclopedia, anyone can regurgitate facts.

  • What's up with all the haters? You guys are obviously watching this video to learn something new. Or are there actually people out there who just feel the urge to be assholes? Dude's just trying to help YOU. Respect the man.

    Thanks for the tips Krashnik

  • @jac90

I've tried both Maximuscle and True Whey, both are great but True Whey is much cheaper, you get 5lb of the stuff for the same price, that's nearly double! True Whey contains the highest protein content I have come across, one 25g serving contains 19g of protein. One to avoid is Body Fortress from Holland and Barratt, tastes foul and doesnt mix well!

If you decide to order from the myprotein site use my recommendation code: MP194811 for 5% off, and you'll be helping me out too. Peace

  • That peanut butter did not look right going in the blender..... lol

  • 1) Thats alot of fat

    2) You can do a shake with rolled oats (dry) 100g, milk 8dl(1,5% fat) banans 2 = 900+ calories, 45g protein, 20g fat.

You can also add protein powder like 0,5dl = + 15g protein, 80 kcal, 2g fat.

    3) Only use gainer after training, protein powder whenever u want.

    4) Dont use that shirt man, looks gay

  • @thenewgeneration123 Also i always put the oats in the mixer first and make it into dust, then the milk and banana, i dont use protein powder myself. On top of that you can also use berrys if u want

  • are you sure that amounts to 1500 calories? it seems less than that....?

  • why do you need 1500 calories?....Calories dont build muscels....only protein...

  • @MrKontrollanten first of all did u pay attention to his video?he said he is a runner.he runs everyday n needs alot of energy = calories?lol

  • @MrHumerousify OK...I guess my english is not så good.... i dont live in english speaking country....anyway calories makes you fat..sugar

  • dang my shake is only 340 calories

  • remeber if you consume to much protien that your body doesnt need. it just truns strait to waiste. protien shakes are a great way to help out but no one needs to drink more than 3 a day.. you dont get any use out of it.

  • 1500 calories?? WOW thats a lot of calories for a shake!!!!!

  • where do they sell carbo gain and whey protein in canada,Brampton Ontario? please reply i really need it.

  • that white top is sooooo gay

  • @porterviper its called under armor, most athletes wear it.

  • @zefon7 lol wtf

  • Hey everyone - keep in mind i'm a professional ballroom dancer and a runner - not a bodybuilder. Thus, I don't want to bulk. I'm a hardgainer and this is for maintenance while working out 4hrs a day +.

  • @krashnik Hey i was wondering if you can give me a recipe to a protein shake without the protein powder and if it'll be as affective.

  • @krashnik dont work out everyday, do it 3-4 times a week. You know, your muscles need to regenerate. If you will keep it up you will burn up your muscles and it will be very bad.

  • I want to try something like this, only problem is it seems doing this every day would be very expensive. What do you all spend on food per month?

  • Whats up fellow bodybuilders, power lifters, and weight loss enthusiasts. If you are in need of 100% pure whey protein in bulk for really cheap, hit me up and I'll give you the link to the website. How cheap? Well, I pay $160 for 45 lbs. Now, I consume alot of shakes in a week, so this is one hell of a deal, considering a 3lb tub at GNC and Vitamin shop costs $50Don't worry though, if you aren't that protein serious and you only want lets say 10lbs, you can get that for about $50 too. Hit me up!

  • your a faggot

  • You using whey protein, are a skinny fucker, Do you even work out in the gym?

  • Hi guys im 14 and i've been weight lifting for a couple of months now. do you guys recommend protein shakes or should i just eat clean. if so, what kind of protein shakes should i take? thanks

  • Mate you should wait at least til your 16 before your shaking... I've just started at 19.

  • @Ingamells17 Wtf are you on about? Why are you saying you should wait until you're 16??? Whey is what it is - whey. It's just a by-product of cheese making. Why the hell would it matter if you're 5yrs old and using it or 65yrs old?? All I'll sat is, you've been missing out!

  • @bubijenkins I am on about the fact that you should be HEAVY lifting with any shakes, you don't go running and use shakes, you need to be going hard in the gym to benefit from shakes.

An at 14 if you do squats with a heavy weight for instance it'll fuck up your growth/spine/legs etc. (WITHOUT A SPOTTER!)

16 is the age they recommend you to hit the gym hard or easy, I recommend that's when you should take shakes.

So ease up I have sense behind my comment.

  • @Ingamells17 Yes I agree about the lifting bit. Shakes are only really necessary if you're lifting heavy. I still don't agree with the age though. Lifting weights is healthy. If you do it safely, and with correct form it doesn't matter if you're 14, 16, 25, or 45. As long as you do it correctly it doesn't "fuck up" any body part. Where are you getting this "recommended age" analogy from? Since when has there been a specific age?

  • @bubijenkins Well you usually start producing high amounts of testosterone around 16, this being crucial for growth of muscles etc.

Most gyms (In England) will not accept you if you are under 16.

I personally think if you have a spotter who knows what they're doing, then weights at 14 is not a problem, but if your just some kid who knows jack shit about the gym, then it's dangerous.

Speaking from experience, I'm 5'8 as I stunted my growth with heavy squatting at too young age.

  • it looks like you could need some of that shake by the looks of you mate ;)

  • @o0edmonds0o AHAHAHAHAHA just what I said, he's a right skinny fucker inn-e.

  • If you use organic bananas and freeze them as well they will taste sweeter than regular bought bananas. I just peel the whole bunch of bananas I buy, and peel them all at once and freeze them in a big zip lock bag they freeze just fine, and then no need to peel them after.

  • has anyone who uses whey maxx essentials protein powder strawberry noticed that there is a colour change and taste. I put a vid about it on my site.

  • dude are you bulking?

  • you're not very big are you?

  • Here is the best all natural protein shake recipie I use, and its insanely delicious try it out! ( I am lactose intolerant person so I use egg whites powder)

3/4 cup of water 3/4 cup of dry oats

    (mix in blender)

add 1 frozen ripe banna (the riper the better)

and then add 1 scoop of Egg white protein powder (I buy the bulk rose acre farms)

    mix until all is blended

oh my god it took me so many years to find a good protein shake like this one ( all past ones takes like crap!!) try it!

  • 3/4 cup of water is 6 oz lol. no good shake is 6 oz...especially with water use milk lol.

  • I want to drink your protein shake!

  • carbs in your carbo gain, carbs in your banana, carbs in your peanutbutter, then also protein with sugars to get the 'Dutch' chocolate flavour going on. I'm sorry, but a huge load of calories like that isn't very good for you. Spread it out over multiple meals instead of this huge bulk. You wanna get a fat ass or something? What is your traininggoal?

  • hey noob obviously you dont know anything about muscle gainage he wants to gain weight you stupid noob

  • if hes a marathon runner tow, your a noob, hes not drinking a protein shake to loose weight. you dont drink a high calorie drink and loose weight unless your skipping meals wich is unhealthy. bodybuilders use protein drinks because bodybuilders need massive amounts of calories the bigger they get and dont want to sit around eating 25 chickens when a protein drink will give them the equivalent.

bodybuilding supplements are for increasing mass/calories, not loosing weight.

  • HEY NOOB LEARN HOW TO READ

  • @SicSeb As long as you're active and burn the calories off you're not going to gain weight in fat, Like me, im 17 5'8 and 140 pounds with a high metabolism, i need to take in quite a bit to get my weight to budge.

  • R u sure that's about 1500? I would guess it's around 1000 or no more than 1200

  • Well your hawt.

  • yeah this will taste like eating an entire box of Reeses puffs. peanut butter overload

  • haha, yes - you're absolutely right!
