Here is some info if you decide to mess around with stuff like this. DONT DRINK WATER! It just spreads the burn. Cheese or milk will help some but the biggest slayer of capsaicin is strong alcohol, vodka is a good choice. It neutralizes the heat so you don't end up in the hospital.
