Why isn't the person stepping using a half circle step when moving in a front stance? Without moving in that fashion, you are cutting off a lot of potential power that can be generated through hip movement.
looks good, but all punches in Dan Gun should be high section... they symbolise Dan Gun Climing a mountain especially in the three Gunnan So Baro Jurugi movments 6,7 and 8
Kinda sucks that I cant rly remember a thing when it comes to memorizing moves XP but lol...Nice vid...-goes back to staring- >.>' Boredom kills...*ducks and covers*
I have a 7 year old and a 5 year old. The 5 year old is transitioning into the older class with his brother. They both have white belts with red stripes.
I think the speed may be ok, but maybe it could be broken up into segments. The kids are relatively new at this and get lost when trying to watch the whole thing at once. I was thinking if there were maybe 4 parts they could learn each one and then put it all together? Any advice would be wonderful!
Ok. well keep them coming to class obviously, and they are still relatively new, so they will be more up to speed as it goes along.
With the 5 yr. old, Taekwondo University will increase his attention span enabling him to make a smoother transition. We could consider a white belt video.
Again, this is our first Video so we are sort of testing the waters. LOL. But thank you and I hope the little advice that i gave can work, i am sure Mrs.Brumley would be a great person to ask as well Thanks
Is there any way this video could be broken down in to parts and slowed down a bit. We are having a hard time following and I thought that it may be easier to learn in parts.
Thanks for watching and commenting. This is Mr. Taylor (the guy doing the patterns) I have a couple questions, so Mr. Brumley and myself can try to dissect a problem on the next videos.
1. Are your kids Lil' Warriors...(i don't know this i train at the Memphis Location). If so we might consider doing a lil warrior "series"
2. If not Warrior... was it hard that the requirements were altogether or was it just the speed of the video?
I was taught to always look where you are blocking to...

Mr. Brumley,
