Lightworks is one (it's free). Another is Cinelerra (free), another is Kdenlive (free), another is LiVES (free), another is Nuke (expensive), another is Final Cut Pro (not free and only for Mac OS X), another is Sony Vegas (not free)...

You can all use the to make this VERY type of video, in fact you could definitely make this video using each of them, it just takes time and effort
