No it's not stolen at all.
People in advertising pay a composer to create a music that sounds like a song that already exists so they don't have to pay for the rights.
So no it's not Feist - My Moon My Man (Boys Noize Remix) but it sounds like it. L'oreal did the same thing with La Ritournelle by Sébastien Tellier.

Ecoute la version de Boys Noise, on voit tout de suite la différence. La version de la pub étant un peu plus pop :3.
C'est clair c'est dommage qu'ils en aient pas fait une vrai chanson au moins genre 2 petite minutes <_<.
