B/c i know the manual 6speed that comes with the 4th gen camaros only was rated for like up about 400 lb-ft torque or something in the F bodies? I may be wrong, and if so, please fill me in. Thanks

It is a built 6spd. It now has a Mcleod Twin disk for the clutch.

'10 camaro manuals are ls3's, and the autos are l99's like kaputt said. and they arent slow. they are faster than any stock 4th gen camaro.. they run high 12s :)
