  • Absolutely love this. Will try to feed this into our warm up routine.

  • This is awesome :-)

  • what club is this

  • @RGTomoenage11

not a club, its new zealand squad training at a local gymnasium

  • How is this anaerobic? If it was the their byproduct would be Ethanol and not lactic acid. Just think, they would be drunk from the byproduct of Ethanol and they would have a reall goo time then. el oh el.

  • @ssj7warrior

To complete the circuit in a manner that pushes your physical limits to your best, makes it a muscular painful experience. (I am told from the lactic acid that is residual in muscles in their adaptation to the new requirements, and rebuild process.)

  • @chchjudoschool Oh, I think I get what you are saying. I thought yu meant this was complete anaerobic. You mean muscle fatigue is mostly likely to arise from accumulation of latic acid in the muscle from anaerobic ATP production. The lowered pH from the lactic acid prevents muscle fibers from responding to stimulation.

  • @ssj7warrior

YES; to do this circuit gives you discomfort as you are reminded about the exercise for a few days, till your muscles adjust to the new demands.

  • @chchjudoschool Yeah, I think I misunderstood the title. Sorry. I train mma and jujitsu when I am not studying MLT. When I return to training I have to rebuild my stamina.

  • i just realized how much training i should get. tomorrow's a new life!

  • @chchjudoschool i know why you yell it.. but the pronounciation is a bit influenced by your mother language. :)

  • aoaargh... i just hate those "matey" and "hajimey" :D

  • training for cildrens...to soft for real high level.

  • they are not high level; most train 3 to 6 hours a week and have another sport.

    They are social...

  • @chchjudoschool

    I do one hour a week... I thought I was social :(

  • @TheRichieEffect

Thats a difficult low key approach, how do you remember moves???

    Glad you are training regular.

  • You are so smart to combine judo and fitness together! You are too modest saying it's not judo specific. Whatever you are doing is very refreshing and informative. Keep up with your hard work!
