That isn't a Artifact, it is a redering error in the overlay. try reinstalling the Drivers and Direct X

I got this today after exiting vehicle. At first i didnt noticed i noticed that recoil from single shot goes crazy then i noticed double hands

funny, you know I'd love to have ONLY the second set of arms, because those are the real arms and not the ones you see in the game in front of you. Sometimes when you pull out your pistols, the arms that it shows you pull them out, but in reality (the shadow shows me) your arms according to everyone else come out like half a second later

There was another game that made it so that what you see was what everyone else saw, it was helpful to see if your arms were going around a corner or not :D

Folks, I have the fix. I just restartde the game with a new profile and that solved it.
