@shinodinha3003 its not good necessarily in itself, its good because it provides basically an unlimited supply of money. you destroy the weapon you buy at an arcane enchanter to learn the banishing spell, then you can use that to enchant daggers (which you create at the forge) and sell them for thousands, even though it cost a couple hundred to make them. thats the only reason its good

The reason this is a good enchantment for those who don't know Is because it is the most profitable. More valuable than any other weapon enchantment.

No mater what i do i cant make a smithing potion greater than 113% or fortify smithing gear better than 22%. my copy of Skyrim has alotta bugs

@TheNexusNova just outside major cities like whiterun, and also for the dawnstar, check if you have the perk to improve that type of item, and also some items just can't be improved to legendary like the dark brotherhood assassins armor.

Guys, what iDunce said, the name doesn't have to be "of Banishing". I found a Elven Bow of Expelling 3 days ago from the archery shop in Solitude. :D

While taking a leisurely stroll through the Northern part of Skyrim I encountered this town. I was alreadyhuntig down iron ingots for but to my suprise he ha this Glass xe with the Banish enchantment, exactly wht I was lookig for o bost my nhantment skil

i found some fortify smithing gear at the blacksmith in riften maybe u should try there, although u may have to go their a couple of times before he has it

ive been to the guy and he didnt have it, so i tried waiting 48 hours to see if he would have it in his new stock but no luck, did this a few times but still nothing. i have a question, what level was your character and your smithing skill when you did this? because i have a feeling the blacksmith vendors will only sell you items of your level or skill. im level 22 and smithing 50 and i can only buy dwarven armor/weapons, elven armor/weapons and anything lower.

@ruuku00black I've seen Dwarf and Orcish equipment with that enchantment on it so no problems there.

Check out more vendors. Some of them are bound to have that item.

@Rider19Ih thanks, about 10 mintues later i went to the riften blacksmith and he had a glass axe of expelling, which in turn gave me banish. made so much money already, getting all businessman on this shit lol profit margin's amazing.

@allmightyjosh85 Every smith vendor has some weapons and armour and often many of them with enchantments. There are a great number of them so if you keep quick traveling between them you will find one with that enchantment very quickly.

@Rider19Ih if you destroy something (weapon or armor) with a certain enchantment on it (like banish), will you be able to put that enchantment (like banish) on another item?

@runnerboy0 yes that is how you learn the different enchantments so you can do that on your own gear (or to make more money selling gear)

I just wanted to give you guys a heads up, if you see a weopon with the following title. ...of Expelling, ... of Annihilating, and of course ... of Banishing then those all have the Banish enchant

@madbrad812345 I´ve yet to have a use for the actual enchantment itself but it's the highest value enchantment you can find so it offers a good return if you are powerleveling to 100 ench & smith.

i have gone to every vender that i could think of atleast 30+ times each waiting 48 hrs and ive never seen a banished item i even went to blackreach to search a chest and it wasnt there soo im very unlucky or something ;(

@ZpG1996 I've been collecting all the possible enchantments and while hopping around the realm selling off shit from enchanting, alchemy and looting I always check what the merchant has to offer.

What I can tell you is check with every smithing vendor you can find while ofcourse selling off loot to make the trips worthwhile..

The item you're looking for says something in the description about Sending summoned deadra back to oblivion.

Level up your speech skill and get the perks that allows you to invest in shops and sell whatever to whichever merchant you want.

Also I've noticed that every two ingame days merchants get random new items and some with enchantments. While offloading crap poisons and potions after traning my alchemy skill I managed to pickup most of the possible enchantments.

problem is vendors dont have that kind of money to pay so kinda moot, at most you will get 1k

@ginrye get 70 speech, get investor perk, invest in riverwood, he now got 11k gold every 48 hours.

@TheDruidProductions Yep, That one and the perk that allows you to sell whichever item you want to which merch you want are super useful.

Some vendors get a +500 boost when you invest but others get +1k. The Riverwood one is an exception and goes up by 10k when you invest.

i tried the fletcher alot, so i thought fuck it ill make some iron daggers for smithing lvls and then the blacksmith in whiterun had an elven sword with banish.... :3

@gamefreak1000000 but if u ge more money for it u will have to reset the store by waiting 48 hours more often, the profit will be bigger indeed: but i cba to wait 48 hours more than 3 times at a time as i usually make around 30 daggers

@TheDruidProductions Just hop (fast travel) between Riften, Dawnstar, Whiterun, Windhelm, Solitude, Falkreath, Markarth and other places with some vendors you can sell to and look for the item with the Banish enchantment if you still haven't found it. If level up the alchemy skill you often have tons of useless potions you can pawn off for some coins.
