you son of a 13itch! i mine down to bedrock diamond and lava water falls and a great divide in my fucking basement! and yet no DUNGEON! i built my house in a cave and thrived off of it i decided to mine and i hear zombies and skeletons so i mine in direction but no dungeon just a cave, lava, water fall, osidian, great divide and multible other caves and come across diamonds but no DUNGEONS!

LOL in the new 1.8.1 I was walking in the desert and found a hole under some sand dug it, the sand fell onto a dungeon killing all zombies and I looked and saw cobblestone I was like wtf? So I saw moss-stone I was like :D and then I dug inside the sand to find a monster spawner and a chest :3

1: If you see cobblestone that you have not placed in a dungeon, it is a mob spawner room, not the mob spawner itself.

2: Yes, you can destroy the mob spawner.

3: No. After destroying a mob spawner, it will disappear.
