You must have some 'double jointedness' in you to do something like that split. It should kill most other guys. I still consider what you do as amazing.

Is that comfortable with legs split like that, Joseph? It wouldn't be for me, I am sure.

Most impressive how you get about on your hands/arms though .. can you go far like that?

@mapleclose Yes it is comfortable for the most part. You may have noticed that I can get into a lower split on one side. That side is a bit more comfortable than the other.

I can move my both legs, but I would not be able to do this. And this walking on the hand... how you do it? Is from this direction video?
