Did you design the gasifier yourself, or did you get the plans from elsewhere? I'm looking to find plans for a similar size gasifier to run a small generator set.
you all should try a water style filter. I believe that is the plan for the Mother Earth System not sure on that though. Basicly i guess you just put a tube under water in a sealed jug and draw the vapor off the top. Change the water from time to time.
hmm, do you think that large bubbles would still have a possibility of still carying on tar in the bubble still under the water? That does sound good idea, maybe a bubble splitter or airstone would make smaller bubbles to foam all the tar into the water, thanks for your help.
Yep, Tar is a pain in the backside. The rest of it is pretty sweet. Even with the new filter, too much is still getting through. I think my next filter is going to be larger with a lower velocity but finer filtering elements. Cool mower by the way.
