Um i have friends who play bca here in jersey and its in the bar on bar tables just like apa, no differnece. And i know quite a few pros who owe none of their recognition to bca or apa. If he didnt let go of the cueball, you would not here the pop when his cue strikes the cue ball. check your facts.
o listen to the pop hahahaha bca is pool a league and they have it at pool halls also
a bar can have any league if chooses to if they meet the standard of the bca and become sanctioned and you also half to pay a sanctioning fee and have league sanctioned refs
o ya and i hope you loose every match you play because you are to dumb to know when your being cheated plus this is a piss poor break no cue ball control and the 8 ball is stuck in a cluster so good luck running out see you in the pool hall loser and i hope you have some money to give me. o and tell you professional friends that to become a professional you have to be pro rated through some form of pool governing body they don't just let you walk of the street and play
OK he dose not let loose of the cue ball till after the side pocket just because he lifts his cue does not mean its legal and i didn't say he hit the rack with the cue ball, but he dose not let loos of the cue ball till about 12 inches from the rack
bca qualify ,s you for state championship witch is a path to professional play and the bca is not a bar league the apa is a bar league you need to check you facts.
if you tip is past the side pocket you are pushing and a poor break .
THIS IS NOT AN ILLEGAL BREAK, HE DID NOT HIT THE RACK WITH HIS CUE NOR DID HE PUSH THE CUE BALL ANY LONGER THEN HE"S SUPPOSED TO. YOUR WRONG. GET OVER IT. BCA IS JOKE ASS BAR LEAGUE POOL.
@MrHighcue1 You couldnt any more wrong,, HE IS NOT PUSHING THE CUE THROUGH THE RACK. Take another look there champ. He lifts the cue away from the table, tons of people break this way. AND ALL THE POOL YOU SEE ON TV IS PLAYED UNDER UNIFIED RULES. SPECIFIED AT THE START OF THE BROADCAST.
@MrHighcue1 Unified was the wrong word, standardized. Bca apa wpa, all work off the same base rules, they all have little diff rules here and there. You leave comments like an asshole, you act elite. I ve been to MANY professional pool tourneys, I am friends with a LOT OF PRO PLAYERS.
bca rule book Push shot - A shot in which the cue tip maintains contact with the cue ball longer than the momentary contact allowed for a legal stroke. (AR p. 66)
2:02 plan as day push push push push his pool cue is almost reaching the other side of the table ,and its nice to know you are beget ,so enjoy your life of hatred and cheating
and it matter because he is teaching people to cheat and the video has 13,000 0views that a lot of impact

if you push in a tournament or against someone who knows the rules of the game it is a foul that's why it matters if you foul on the break by pushing you give the opponent ball in hand so yes it does matter.
@MrHighcue1 I didn't say pushing doesn't matter at all. This is a demonstrational video. Who cares he did it in this video? He's trying to help and it didn't look like he pushed.
so its OK to teach people to cheat ,and it was one of the biggest pushes ever.
He didn't let lose of the cue ball until he hit the rack . Did you see how far his arm was extended after he hit the ball this is not stroking or hitting the ball this is pushing through the ball witch is a poor stroke ,and a fool. plus pushing the ball just gets u more power without knowing what your doing i can get a better result of the break by hitting the second ball on the rack and using English .
@MrHighcue1 Stop overreacting dude. He's not teaching us to push! You and I both know that. I watch professional 9 ball and all breaks have that type of follow through. You honestly can't decide if it's a push or not from the angle he hit it. It looks like normal follow through from the angle given!
Stop making such a big deal about it. Does it really matter that much to you?
OK you watch pool so you know everything and i am sory ,but is a push you can tell it plan as day . Look at where his wrist is at when he completes his stroke it is 2 feet in front of his body ,and you know if i where you i would look at a bca rule book before your next comment . And those 9 ball tournaments u see on TV have all kinds off different rules that very form place to place and most people break from the side in a 9 ball match to avoid the push rule .

he shoves the ball a legal hit is just that a hit not shoveling the cue ball into the rack
a legal hit is a momentary strike of the ball
when your arm is 3 foot in front of your body you pushed 3 foot

you are crazy unified rules do you know how many different pool associations put on televised events.
bca apa aha wpba they all have different rules and i don't know if you have ever played professional pool but the rules very from city to city
like breaking from the box or the 8 ball has to go clean or 2 balls past the head string
i was a bca referee for 5 years and this is a clear push ,and a very poor break with the 8 clustered in the center of the table
