@NuNuPants actually they are, psychobilly itself has forms of sub genres (tiger army - alternative/mainstream psychobilly) (nekromantix - horrorpunk psychobilly) ..technically speaking the quakes are "punkabilly" because of their extremely well use of bass riffs and walking-bass lines..not to mention (surfabilly - legit 50's rock n' role with a psychobilly twist)
