The girl HAD to have heard the train coming, the warning lights flashing, yet she still chose to walk to the middle of the tracks without looking both ways first, then stop in the middle of the tracks? There is a famous clip of a commuter doing the same thing and was killed. If you are dumb enough to play dodgeball with a speeding train you deserve to lose.
