at 2:30 why didn't you just fork his rooks with your knights? if he takes the queen trade, you can take back and then he doesn't have time to move both rooks.
I think it's not caro kann. A caro kann is characterized by e4 d4 for white and c6 d5 for black. In this game he only played e3 so it is an irregular opening but still a good game
