I play bass, yeah i know.. nobodies got love for the bass. anyways, i actually enjoyed playing rock band.. but i had a lot more fun playing with the drums then the guitar. Now, I'm not saying its excactly the same but you do have to have skill to play the drums on expert on Rock Band, its SIMILIAR (not the same at all) to real drums.

Not entirely true my bass brother. It depends on the intensity you play the bass on songs, no one will like repetitive bass lines which is why I made a lot of changes to stay away from repetitive.

PS: Rock band is no substitute for being on stage at a real gig.

Totally agree, Guitar hero/Rock band are games and playing them well makes you about as a real musical as playing assassin's creed makes you a "real" assassin.
