  • AGH!! YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY FOR THIS RIDICULOUS, EXPENSIVE SURGERY. Fucking christ. Do NCR or bilateral nasal specific. Way less dangerous, way more effective, and fixes way more than your nose.

  • @Kabaraz01 whats NCR?

  • she needs more then one plastic surgury lol

  • She had a great result. The goal is not to have a perfect nose but a nose that works well with your face. Her nose looks great on her face.

  • The operation looks like a construction site... hammers, that little saw thing... after seeing that I sort of think i'd better use make up for contouring...

  • ...thats not exactly my situation but the profile of my nose is nasty too... its really long and has a little pump on the top... i like the front part of my nose but absolutly hate the profile of it lol :)

  • Can anyone has this surgery ? I suffer from depression and anxiety. I hate my ethnic nose and the way it curves down. It feel it would change my life and maybe even make me feel better about myself but scared about the whole procedure and recovery.

  • @XxinthezonexX you need to talk to a counseler. The girl in the video is doing it for health reasons not for cosmetics.

  • Why does it take longer for the swelling to subside for an open rhinoplasty vs a closed?

  • @MrRhinosapien Hello, there is more swelling after an open rhinoplasty due to the blood vessels in the tip being manipulated. Thank you, and I hope this helps answer your question.

  • It cost about 10k for a nose job? damn..some people are lucky to have that much, my nose is huge, I can't smile without my nostrils expanding, and my nose tip is huge ball type, I'm 0.5% of the way there. and its taken me 20 years to get that much.

  • Hi much will cost my surgery?

  • i dont like her nose at all looks so piggy

  • hii, i am looking into getting a nose job, my nose is fine but i have some missing cartilidge on the left side and i was wondering is it possible to just have some cartilidge added into ur nose? please write back...

  • My therapist think I might have issues breathing due to some issues I been having for a while. I did some research and came across "Middle vault narrowing or collapse". I wonder who should I see in regards this problem.

  • cant wait till i become a plastic surgeon

  • Doc, I think you should remove the part of the video involving the actual procedure. Nobody wants to see how it's performed. I've just had my operation done, I'm healing very well and have had NO pain whatsoever, so it isn't trauma speaking, but when I see you shuving that thing up her nose, it just scares me and it doesn't make the procedure very appealing. They'll be asleep anyway, so they won't mind but seeing it here might scare them into postponing the operation.

  • Hello,

A deviated septum can be the result of trauma, or sometimes genetic. You may have a septoplasty depending on your age. Hope this helps answer your question. Thank you, and best of luck.

    Dr. Nassif

  • =D .. I'm sure I do not have a trauma, god forbid, but it's not genetic too, which is weird, there is also a bone that sticks out quarter down the mid-line of my nose, which I think because of that causes it to bend! Thanks for your answer.

  • Great video! Thanks

  • is walking 3 miles a day considered strenuous a week after surgery ? and if so when is it recommended?

    Thanks, Tanya

  • It's so touching seeing the surgeon making money. Beautiful, mad me cry ;)

  • the guy added value dude, if he doesn't get paid, who should?

  • Had cautery to turbinates & sub mucous resection a week ago here in the UK & yesterday cried a couple of tears from a sad event then my nose just released lots of blood & i fainted, i was not in the same town i had the surgery and was taken to a hospital where they just told me to pinch my nose, im worried as dont know what caused the bleeding, will it grow back wrong ie blocked and uneven etc with the halthcare system here nobody has any time and the closest i can see a specialist is 6 weeks.

  • fantastic work

  • Wow I feel like I can relate to this woman so much. I have an ethnic nose (I am middle eastern), I have trouble breathing through my nose but depending on room temperature it is tolerable. My brother just had a septoplasty for his deviated septum, I do not like the surgeon he went to, I wish I was on the West Coast, I would definitely use Dr.Nassif. Thanks for this video!

  • Surgery with Dr. Nassif begins at 10K. Based on what you want, you could have it performed using the closed method.

  • @drpaulnassif what is the closed method?

  • @wHoPaHz

With a closed, or endonasal rhinoplasty, any incisions are made inside the nose only. Your surgery may go a bit quicker, and swelling will not linger as long with a closed procedure. But a closed may not allow the surgeon to see things he may see with an open rhinoplasty. Hope this helps answer your question.

    Dr. Nassif

  • @drpaulnassif thanks it did!

  • how much does thiscost, say if i wanted to do my nose,, i have a hump, and i feel like its too big!! how much would getting a nose job from you cost??

  • I have a twist in my nose. Its not visible but i can feel it leaning to my left side leaving the nasal passage "squashed" or very little room. When i sleep i have to sleep on my left side with my nose face down to push the nasal gap open. I think its the same problem as Luisa's. I cant breath through it 80% of the time. Do i need this surgery? I dont want it to visibly change cos im fine with it.

  • I'm having septorhinoplasty in 5 days, and I'm wondering how long before I can practice martial arts again? Even if I train without risk of contact (such as just doing some drills), do I still have to wait longer than 2 weeks?

  • It is a good idea to wait at least 4-6 weeks before participation in any type of physical activity due to the excess swelling that can occur as a result. You can delay your healing time by not following the guideline. Hope this helps.

    Dr. Nassif

  • i wish you was in maryland i really want to get plastic surgery and you are the best

  • question, do you do the operation straight away after the first consultation?

  • No. Surgery is scheduled weeks after the first consutation.
